RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions to meets sales financial objectives
- Forecasting and developing annual sales; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; recommending pricing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand to determines annual and gross-profit plans
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to store managers and staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with brand values and culture.
- Ensure all stores adhere to Diesel’s brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and operational policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with the brand’s principal, ensuring clear communication and alignment on brand initiatives and strategies.
- Implement and enforce brand strategies and promotions as directed by the principal.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably within the fashion, premium fashion, or luxury fashion industry.
- Proven track record in managing store operations, P&L, and team leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple stores and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can-do attitude, result oriented, self-initiative, maturity and high integrity.
- Strong English proficiency is a must.
- Willing to travel nationwide.
