Sales Operations Manager (Coffee)

Job Summary:
Lead and oversee sales operations for a renowned coffee brand. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, managing the brand’s P&L, and aligning sales strategies with market trends and customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

  1. P&L Management

    • Take full ownership of the brand’s Profit and Loss (P&L), ensuring financial targets are achieved.
    • Monitor and control sales budgets, margins, and expenses to optimize profitability.
  2. Sales Analytics and Forecasting

    • Conduct detailed sales analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Approve and manage sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with market demands.
    • Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory planning based on forecasts.
  3. Market Analysis and Strategic Input

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide item-level forecasts and insights to ensure the right products are promoted and sold.
  4. Driving Business Growth

    • Set and implement ambitious sales growth targets, creating actionable plans to achieve them.
    • Lead the development and execution of sales plans, promotions, and campaigns to boost revenue.
  5. Product Development Collaboration

    • Collaborate with the R&D team, providing insights on past product performance and customer preferences.
