Lead and execute offline marketing campaigns for CPS Chaps and CPS Coffee, focusing on brand visibility, in-store promotions, and customer engagement. The role involves event planning, visual merchandising, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute offline marketing strategies, including events and in-store promotions.
- Oversee production of marketing materials and visual merchandising.
- Manage budgets, media plans, and collaborations with external agencies.
- Conduct market research and provide insights for campaign improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in fashion or F&B.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
